Your child will participate in an assembly tomorrow sponsored by the National Theatre for Children, The Energized Guyz, where they will receive information for your free kit. Not only will these kits save energy in your home and money on your electric bill, but the school that requests the most kits by the end of the school year will win $2,500! Please help us out and request your kit! You can sign up for your kit at OhioStudentKit.com using promo code FEOH1718 or call 1-855-343-6600. Important Information for Parent Volunteers at Royalview...
For the safety of our students and staff, a district policy is place stating that all volunteers must be fingerprinted prior to coming to the school for any field trips, class parties etc. Fingerprinting through the school district is valid for 5 years. This policy impacts many of our parents, and with the first field trip scheduled within the first 2 months of the school year , the 5th grade staff wanted to make sure you were aware. You will need to obtain a form from Mrs. Carnett, complete it and return it to be processed. The district will do the fingerprinting for free, but you need to visit the board office during scheduled times. If you have been fingerprinted as part of your job within the last YEAR, please contact the board office to verify what you need to do regarding appropriate documentation. If you should have any questions, please contact either the building principals or the board office directly.
